A complete unboxing video is required, starting from the moment the package is opened. This helps us verify the condition and authenticity of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Earrings or any intimate jewelry
Customized or personalized items made on request
Products purchased during final sales, offers, or clearance events
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or if no unboxing video is provided

These exceptions are clearly outlined to protect both our customers and the integrity of our product quality.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment (such as UPI, credit/debit card, or bank account).
Please note that shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds may be denied if the returned product does not meet our return conditions, is damaged, or is missing original packaging and accessories.

Exchanges & Replacements

We are happy to offer an exchange or replacement in the following situations:

You received the wrong item.
The item arrived damaged or defective.
There are missing items in your package.

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order ID, photos of the item, and a clear unboxing video.
Once verified, we will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.

Replacements are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or missing item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning products, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
